Clark’s cool temperature actually is better than of Tagaytay’s  upon checking the official weather forecast of different weather websites!  However no one talks about it, the minds of the people are always set in Tagaytay when looking for an alternative to the very crowded Sumer Vacation Capital of the Philippines.

One can feel and experience cooler temperature lower than those of forecasted on places or establishment s located on the Clark Highlands like Paradise Ranch, a nature and conservation park which has planted almost half a million trees and able to grow them at almost  100% including hundreds and hundreds of pine trees from Benguet.

Standing on Paradise Ranch you will see the rolling mountains shared by Tarlac and Pampanga crowned with clouds and fog just like the mountains in Baguio. I must admit that I have not been to the mountains I am talking about but just judging the temperature from Paradise Ranch to be always a pleasant and comfortable, the climate in those higher mountains connected  where  Paradise Ranch stands must be much colder.

I only wish that the governments of Tarlac and Pampanga will set aside some funds to do some road networks using some of the many bulldozers sitting on their grounds waiting for request from some influential persons to assist in their projects or for some politically motivated projects.

Exploring the mountainous areas of Clark with great possibilities of cooler temperature will complement the many attractions and destinations in Clark that are often under rated.  

For my readers information I am writing this blog at 10:00 p.m on a chilly Tuesday evening, December 15, 2014 with a sweater  and over a cup of hot fruit fusion blend  tea at Paradise Ranch with my barometer reading 20 Degree Celsius (not bad huh)!
